I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a peaceful area of the old village, just off the centre. The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating us like old friends from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even decorating part of the restaurant for my daughter's birthday and surprising her with a cake. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, and the pool area was well-maintained with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The hotel also had basic amenities such as free internet and a pool table, which were great additions.

All was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever.

Our experience during the Christmas period was rather disappointing. The hotel did not offer any special activities or events for the holiday, which made it feel like any other day.

We recently had a romantic escape and were pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome we received upon arrival. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering us refreshments and snacks at midnight. the apartment was spacious and clean, and the pool area was well, maintained and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the tasty cuisine at the on, site restaurant, which had a variety of options at reasonable prices.

The Wi, Fi signal was spotty at times, which made it difficult to stay connected. this was not a major issue for us as we were looking to disconnect and enjoy our time together.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make me feel like part of their family. They were always smiling, helpful, and made my stay truly memorable. The second positive aspect is the cleanliness of the rooms. The lady who cleans the rooms does an excellent job, ensuring that everything is tidy and up to a very good standard. Lastly, the location of this hotel is perfect. Situated in a peaceful area of the old village, it offers a tranquil escape just off the center of town.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault a thing.

Some of the staff were a bit too familiar, which could be off, putting for some guests.
